A 2–3 minute clinical conversation with the guest confirms what's going on, scope, and an estimated arrival time. If 911 is the right call, we tell them so immediately.

Full clinical assessment, first aid, and over-the-counter medication as needed — in the guest's room, in private, with no waiting room.

Insurance-ready report on the spot. Follow-up call the next day to check on recovery. With guest consent, you can stay in the loop.
